Our flowers are fresh cut flower that undergoes preservation process to enable it to last for a year.  The best viewing period range from 6 to 12 months. However, it might vary depending on the flower condition itself as well as the environmental condition that it is placed in.

Dried flower is not very long lasting and is usually used for rustic appearance. Their branches and stems break easily, the color gradually fades and the petals fall off or break.
Whereas, Preservation flower undergo rehydration process to enable it to last for at least a year or more and are able to maintain a completely natural appearance all thanks to the technology advancement.

Our preserved roses should be kept in a cool, dry room away from direct sunlight & high humidity as to avoid any form of bleeding, color fading, growth of fungi/mold & plant tissue damage. Most optimal will be at room temperature 24 degree Celsius.

Glass domes are prone to scratches hence do check when you’ve received on the day itself otherwise exchange/refund of the reasons of scratches on glass dome will be voided.

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at regarding the damaged or defective arrangement. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange

If no recipient or representative is available, the courier will call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions. If both parties cannot be contacted via telephone, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within the next 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a $15 re-direction fee by either party.

TF’s stones are made of the highest grade diamond simulant and are manufactured with exquisite workmanship in America. It resembles very closely to a naturally mined diamond as each of our stones are hand cut and polished to a standard befitting to its quality. Each stone is carefully sawed, bruited and polished by our master craftsmen.  

​Most of our ring bands are made of 925 sterling silver triply plated with 18K white gold, unless otherwise stated.

To preserve the beauty and lustre of TF’s jewellery, we strongly recommend customers to clean their jewellery once every week.

  • For immediate remedies, you can use a soft toothbrush with dishwashing liquid and water to gently brush the ring.
  • Please avoid harsh chemicals such as hairspray, lotion and chlorine. Just like any fine jewellery, it can damage the surface of the ring.

With normal use and proper care, TF’s jewellery should not chip or even lose a stone. However, in an unfortunate event, if the stones do fall out, do drop us an email. Don’t worry, we will take it on from there.

We provide a 6 months off-site limited warranty for all our products from the date you receive the item.

  • All repair costs (labour and parts) will be borne by us at no charge to you.
  • Customers with Singapore & Malaysia addresses only need to pay for the postage to us; we will take care of the return postage.
  • Customers with other International addresses are required to pay for both the postage to us and the return postage.
  • This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not apply to regular wear and tear or improper care.
  • If you believe that there is a manufacturing defect, kindly send us an email with at least 2 photos of the defect.
  • If we determine that the product is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or if deemed appropriate, replace an item. However, if we determine that it is not caused by a manufacturing defect but due to wear and tear, we will repair it at a flat service fee of $50. ​
  • Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
    • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
    • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
    • The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.
    • Repairs will take approximately 3 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage.

We recommend customers to follow the ring sizing chart before purchase.

If you find that your ring is not the right size, email us within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise.

We offer all Timeless Fleur customers a one-time complimentary resizing.
